At Premier PT, we know there’s no perfect workout or special exercise to help you gain muscle. Gaining muscle is not about doing as many exercises as possible, training for over 2 hours each session, adding more weight each week, or some special supplement. It requires manipulation of the variables of training. When you focus on these variables and periodise your programming, results can be seen consistently over time. We aim to educate our clients on the science behind muscle gain.

Most people add weight to make an exercise harder, but all this does is put more load on your joints and create additional risk of injury. Heavy weights are NOT required to see results. Our unique style of training fits your lifestyle, manages your pain and injury and still gets results. We achieve this by focusing on muscle activation, meaning we can make a 5kg dumbbell feel like its 20kg. This way, you’ll receive all the benefits of weight training without risking injury.
