SETTING THE NEW STANDARD

After completing a 12-16 week course to become a qualified personal trainer less than 5% of new trainers entering the fitness industry last longer than 12 months. The passion and determination to help others is often there but is challenged by the lack of knowledge, experience and guidance. We pride ourselves in being the premier educators and support network for personal trainers by helping realise each individuals full potential to follow their passion and deliver their clients a professional service with guaranteed results- no matter the goal.

We not only provide further education and upskilling for personal trainers, but we have our own coaches located at locations across Australia- that’s how confident we are in helping our clients achieve their goals.

THE PREMIER STANDARD

We want our coaches across Australia to bring back high quality personal training to your local gym. Our difference is to provide quality service and results without paying the specialized gym prices and locked in contracts- we never lock anyone in. We only prescribe what works and we don’t upsell anything if it’s not going to work for you.

Our Team

To become part of our team our coaches have to undergo our specially designed courses and selection process to ensure they are at the standard you deserve. Our reputation depends on it!

Our coaches also regularly attend weekly meetings and workshops to undergo further training and development allowing our coaches to offer our unique approach to health and fitness no matter the location, goal, or trainer.

We also want our trainers to have experience – life experience. Each of our trainers have had their own individual fitness journey and it is through this that we can really connect with our clients.

Each training session is not only designed to give the client a great workout, but to also educate the client to use correct form and exercise selection suited to the individual. My aim is to also demonstrate how exercises are beneficial outside of the gym in our day to day lives. I also provide jokes (not very good ones) so you are guaranteed a laugh!
